Paulette Tomasson is a Registered nurse, a registered Clinical Counsellor and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. She is a member of the Society for the advancement of sexual health. She is an internationally known and recognized expert in both treatment and education in the field of specialized addictions and dependencies. She is trained in the resolution of developmental and shock trauma. Paulette has appeared as an expert in O.COM Cybersex Addiction, a documentary aired on CBC’s the Passionate Eye. She has also given many local and national TV, radio and newspaper interviews regarding her expertise. She is a pioneer and leading expert in the powerful and innovative field of Equine Therapy. Paulette provides supervision and certification  for therapists enrolled in the Sex Addiction Therapy Certification process. 

Currently Paulette operates a private practice in individual and group psychotherapy in West Vancouver, B.C. and provides education to professionals and the general public regarding sex addiction.
